  We bought one of his houses 8 months ago and are very impressed with the construction. It was built in 1999 and we love this house. Quality construction using great materials, e.g., double pane windows and insulation. We must have looked at 30+ houses before falling in love with this one. It was head and shoulders above the other houses we saw.
